1-Month (8/chews) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time 1-Month purchases only. This guarantee applies only to your initial 1-Month order. Subsequent orders are not eligible for this guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund, email contact@oto380.com within the 30-day window.

3-Month & 6-Month Bundles Conditional Returns

Refunds for 3-Month and 6-Month orders are available only upon return of unopened, unused bottles, minus shipping and processing fees. Eligibility Requirements 3-Month: Return 2 unopened, unused bottles 6-Month: Return 5 unopened, unused bottles Opened, used, or tampered bottles are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Timeline

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is approved and a shipping label is issued, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
Returns sent after this period may be denied.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email contact@oto380.com within the applicable time frame. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
